Right out of college, I worked part time at a retail store where I met three of my very best friends. For our birthdays, we go out to dinner and then pitch in to get a "do something" gift; i.e., Wine & Design, cooking classes, pedis & manis, or shopping sprees.
Sunday was one of our birthdays, so Tuesday night, we went to dinner to celebrate. We make it a point to try a new restaurant whenever we go out for our birthday dinners, so this time we went to
The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar. It has been receiving a lot of hype in Raleigh and y'all, it is well deserved!
We all ordered martinis that were delish and super summery.

We also ordered the appetizer of crab rangoon dip, but we were starving and I didn't get a picture.
We have pretty diverse food tastes and the menu is perfect because it has a ton of options. We were all really pleased with our food choices.

The atmosphere is super cool; it is casual but also a little swanky. As an aside, the fish tank was on the show
Tanked that comes on Animal Planet. If you're in the Raleigh/Durham area, definitely check it out! It's totally worth it.
