Back to Working Out

I've been trying to pick up my work outs again.  I have always been really sporadic in my runs and work outs, so I made a goal for this school year to be more consistent.  My schedule is nuts and so is DG's, so it's hard to commit to scheduled workouts.  As I've told you multiple times, I am running the Bull City Race Fest in October, and I am really trying to break 2:00 hours.

I've had a hard time finding motivation, so I went to Pinterest and found a training plan.  I sent it to a couple of girlfriends who are running the half with me in October, but I got a message from HJFH who told me her dad signed her, her husband, and himself up for the OBX Marathon's Southern Fried Half!  She is super nervous because she hasn't run a half marathon before.  I sent her this training plan too!
