Foodie Friday: Spicy Chicken Sandwiches

I love Pinterest for recipes, but sometimes my recipes don't turn out that well that I've tried there.  So, I 've started enlisting the help of blogs for finding great new recipes.  One of my favorites is Nicole's blog over at Puttin' on the G.R.I.T.S.

I found this great recipe for spicy chicken sandwiches.  I have to be really careful when I try new recipes because DG is pretty picky.  I will say that he has branched out a lot from when we originally started dating, but it's still a struggle.

So, I told him I was making these and he seemed interested.  They were DELICIOUS and insanely easy.

Spicy Chicken Sandwiches with Cilantro Lime Mayo

David did not use the cilantro lime mayo; instead, he used ranch dressing.  I also used wheat rolls instead of kaiser rolls, and I grilled those before adding the spreads.

Hope you try these out and love them as much as we do!  I will definitely be making these throughout the school year because they took NO TIME to make.

Happy Friday, loves!
xoxo
