Foodie Friday: Crock Pot Italian Chicken

I told you last week that I am pretty obsessed with using my crock pot, but it is even better when life is as hectic as it was this past week!

Yesterday, DG did had an away soccer game and I worked late at school, so I tossed this recipe into the crock pot and made the pasta once I got home.  It was seriously delicious!  This is now on rotation for us as a solid meal.

In the crock pot, I added four chicken breasts, two cans of cream of chicken soup, a packet of Italian dressing seasoning, and a package of softened cream cheese.  It only needed to cook for 4 hours on low, so I cooked it on high for 2 hours and it turned out really well.

I cooked the pasta as I normally would, made some garlic bread, and poured the chicken mixture over the pasta.  The only thing extra I added was crushed red pepper, but the flavor was really great on its own!
