I got my hair cut and colored at the end of August and I started using Redken Duo Shield 07 which is a gel and cream in 1 container to protect color during heat styling.  Here's a little known fact, but I am naturally dirty blonde but I color my hair really dark because of how dark my eyebrows are.  This product habeen amazing in helping protect my color.  I have been able to go longer between coloring and it doesn't require a lot of product to be effective.  Use too much and it makes hair look greasy.
