Last night, I got a text message from a co-worker telling me that school was cancelled. We're expecting snow today at noon, so the system went ahead and cancelled so we didn't get trapped at school. I'm not going to lie, I hate having to make up days, but there's a part of me that loves having a random day off like this. So, I'm heading in to work to get caught up on some grading and bring some work home with me, and then Winston and I will be hunkering down together to wait for the snow.
Anybody have any recommendations for a hearty, warm dinner? I'm thinking maybe chili and grilled cheese sandwiches?
