Happy Monday, y'all! I can't believe Thursday is May 1! Time is just flying by these days.
I went to my 2nd dress fitting on Friday afternoon! My dress will be ready May 8 and I cannot contain my excitement for that!
After my dress fitting, I went over to my friend Laura's house for a little girls night in. As always, I forgot to take pictures.
Saturday, I started a part time job at a local home boutique. I had a great time and I think I'm really going to enjoy it! When I got home, I arrived to some fun packages in the mail for me to review.
After posting about
these rompers that I was lusting after, this Karlie one from
Pink Door Boutique seemed like a more practical option for me instead of the Lilly one.
I was also contacted to review a book by an Edenton native.
And then I received a Mary Kay box from Influenster and it is so good!
Also, the
dress Hillary sent me from Vestique came in and it is better than I expected!
I am so excited to have these fresh flowers left over from my bridal shower!
After running errands all afternoon on Sunday, I ran home to bask up some rays. It was so relaxing to take a break before picking back up on grading papers. Things are really busy for me right now with work. I'm hunkering down before AP exams start so my posts are a little more sporadic right now. I have to tell ya, so far, White Gloves and Collards is awesome. I read 9 chapters in about 45 minutes. I can't wait to fill you in on it once I'm done!
I finished my weekend with a quick 2.5 mile run to start the week off. It's supposed to be pretty bad weather here this week, so I wanted to take advantage of being outdoors as much as I could.
