Weekending: Straight to Winter?

Y'all, North Carolina weather is a hot mess.  I didn't hate it but I definitely didn't want to do anything because it was cold and rainy.

Friday, we had a few trick or treaters, including DG's God daughter and her baby sister.  We then met our friends A & R out for dinner at a local restaurant.

Buffalo Chicken Dip is always a favorite.

Another Friday, another cobb salad.

Saturday, I woke up with Winston and it was freezing and raining.  I skipped out on Pure Barre and snuggled on our couch with him and a lot of coffee.

I then went and met my friend Hillary and her new little nugget at Crabtree for lunch and some shopping.  I started No Shopping November, so I didn't buy anything, but I definitely started lusting after this Pottery Barn duvet cover and the blanket set up.  And how adorable is that pillow?

We went into Willams & Sonoma and I wanted to buy EVERY SINGLE ONE of these stuffing mixes.

I did a little grocery shopping at Trader Joe's after Crabtree.  Note I picked up stuffing but for $5 a box instead of $13.  Since it was cold and raining, I decided I wanted to make a pot roast wih stuffing as a side.  Talk about comfort food.

On Sunday, I had brunch with one of my favorite former students who was on fall break from college.  I then went to work and helped put out more Christmas.  It was the fastest 8 hours of my life.

Don't forget to link up and tell Biana and me what you were up to this weekend!
xoxo,
