When DG and I bought our house, we knew the major project we wanted to tackle was renovating the master bathroom. Three years later, we haven't done that yet. I have an awesome realtor friend in Raleigh who came out to take a look at our house. We talked about our options for remodeling and have chosen to hold off. There are a few other things we could use our time and resources on, so that's how we're going to proceed.
