Happy Friday, y'all!  I'm doing my Friday Favorites a little differently today.  I'm doing a quick recap of my new favorite workout in Raleigh, plus a little food, a pic of the boys, and a quick reader survey!

Last night, some of the girls of Raleigh Blog Society and I attended FlyBarre in Cameron Village.  I am a huge fan of barre, but I'll be honest, I had no idea what to expect.  It was a great, high energy class and it was completely packed.  The instructor did an awesome job keeping the energy up in the room and encouraging the class when we had tough series.  It was really intense, and I am definitely sore this morning.  I highly recommend trying out FlyBarre if you live near a FlyWheel studio!  It is such a fun experience.

The class was upstairs in the studio, and you grabbed your weights before heading in.  They also supplied towels.  They had lockers for you to use as well with a keypad lock.  We were assigned to a specific mat, and the numbers were on the baseboard.  The class was already set up with a mat, ball, and two resistance bands.  We didn't need socks for this class and it really was just a walk in and get started kind of class.  It was really well organized for sure.

After we finished our class, we headed over to Brixx in Cameron Village for a late dinner.  I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and it was delish!   Remember, I work out so I can justify eating whatever I want.

It was a great night to collaborate with Raleigh businesses and to catch up with the girls.  RBS members in attendance:

Caroline--The Barbee Housewife
Danielle--Danielle Davis Style
Kate--Sara Kate Styling
Kristina--Medicine & Manicures
Natalie--HashtagFABLife
and yours truly.

I was provided a class to review from FlyBarre, but all opinions are my own.

When I got home, I realized we've created monsters with letting the boys get on the bed.  Notice how both won't make eye contact?

I'd love for you to fill out a quick, two question survey for me to know how to drive my blog posts.  What posts do you want to see more of on Champagne & Suburbs?  If you don't mind, fill it out here.  I appreciate you reading and continuing to support Champagne & Suburbs!  It means the world to me to have people reading this little blog!
Hope y'all have a great Friday and a fun weekend! Sunday is DG's birthday, so we'll celebrating him this weekend.
