Recent Home Updates #2

Before I jump into our recent home updates, I'd like to wish a Happy Birthday to my husband.  I don't really say it enough, but I got lucky.  He's a good man and a whole lot of fun and we're going to spend today celebrating another year of him.

Alright, back to our house.  After my post about Painted Fox Treasures on Wednesday, I received a few e-mails asking about products that I have from the shop.  I'm going to answer those questions while showing a few of our additional updates.  These are in no particular order, but just some things we've been working on.

I got the fence idea from an episode of Fixer Upper and sent a picture of it to DG.  He surprised me one weekend by building it.  I painted the fence posts with one coat of Annie Sloan Chalk paint and didn't use any soft wax  on it.  I want to use this cotton wreath in too many locations, but for now, I am thrilled with how it looks on this fence.

I recently updated our dining room table to transition to fall.  I have recently discovered a new obsession with table runners, so I love this pom pom one I picked out for Stylish Living at market.  I am clearly obsessed with boxwood, and those wreaths are one of my favorite updates.

I've posted about my love for Heirloomed Collection, so I made cotton napkin rings for my linen napkins.  And I snagged these hobnail glasses from Amazon.

P.S. my favorite candle is on sale today at Anthopologie.  That mercury glass gets me every time.  Anthropologie is having 20% off for Anthro members today.  Go pick one (or 4) up while they're on sale!

Did you miss last week's edition of recent home updates?  Check it out here.  And my love for Annie Sloan Chalk Paint here.

Hope you're having a great weekend!  Be sure to come back by tomorrow for Weekending!
