I have been loving this fun dress from The Flourish Market for New Year's Eve. I love that it is t-shirt matter, but the fringe takes it up a notch. The weather has still been unseasonably warm and rainy, so this would be a great option for dinner. This clutch is also from The Flourish Market and is such a great clutch! It has a lot of room and is such a great quality.
