In December, Raleigh Blog Society was invited to take over Anthropologie at the Streets of Southpoint in Durham. Danielle from Danielle Davis Style and Morgan, Anthro's personal stylist, did beautiful work and coordinated an amazingly fun event. I have been a fan of Anthropologie since high school when I would get the catalogs and my mom would let me order one article of clothing a season. This was an absolute dream event and I was so excited to be included.
Bean Traders Coffee in Durham provided us with fresh brewed, delicious coffee for the event. We also were treated to champagne and pastries. Videri Chocolate in Raleigh provided us with s'mores as our party favor. After some time mingling, Vent Salon in Durham provided us with three hair tutorials. The first was hair curling, which I desperately need help with, so it was great! And the second that I loved, was a faux hawk.
Morgan showcased various gifts we could pull together for the our friends and family.
Finally, we wrapped up the event with
Danielle showing us a variety of styled outfits for Christmas and New Year's Eve depending on if we were having a low-key event or living it up.
Then we headed into the dressing room to try on some outfits.
If you're local, be sure you stop by
Anthropologie in Durham. It's such a beautiful space and Morgan is so wonderful at personal styling. I definitely recommend
Bean Traders for a great cup of joe,
Vent Salon offers so many great services from a blow out to a keratin treatment, and
Videri is such an amazing experience.

P.S. it's not a trip to Anthro without some Capri Blue candles. Here's what I picked up while I was there:
