4 DIY Housewarming Gifts

Good morning!  I'm so excited that it's already Wednesday!  I don't usually wish time away but my two tall girl friends from Chicago are in town and we're having a girls' night out on Friday.  I can't wait to see them!

Over the past couple of weeks, several friends have moved into new second homes.  This is a lot of fun for me to see their decorating taste and how their houses changed from their first homes.  I don't know about you, but I have a list of things that I want in my second house that are non-negotiable that weren't on my first house list.   I digress.  Here are some of my picks for housewarming gifts for friends.

{DIY Candle}

I've been collecting wine bottles since Lisa posted this tutorial a few months ago.  I like it because her tutorial is for unscented candles, and when you aren't sure what allergies people may have, this is a great go-to.  Here are some of my go to fragranced candles, too.

Capri Blue Gardenia & Fig // Voluspa Saijo Persimmon
Magnolia Market Jo's Signature Scent // Aquiesse Pink Peony  // Diptyque Gardenia

{Garden Stakes}
These DIY plant stakes make the perfect gift right now!  I potted a Rosemary plant with a stake and gave it as a gift over the weekend.  They're so easy to make.
{Spring Greenery Wreath}
I really love greenery wreaths for decorating.  I wish I had a front porch so it would be sheltered for this.  But, for my friends who do, it's a perfect gift.
Magnolia Wreath // Boxwood Wreath
{Rosemary-Lemon Sea Salt}
Put this in a cute container so that the new homeowners can set out in their kitchen.  Even better, it keeps for a year.

I also like to bring fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, and/or pizza for dinner.
What are you favorite housewarming gifts to either give or receive?
