The Engadine Inn & Cabins

I cannot stop swooning over our stay at The Engadine Inn & Cabins in Candler, NC.  We loved the cabin that we stayed in with our boys, but I wanted to share about the Inn itself as well.  The Engadine is part of Asheville Bed & Breakfast Association, and is such a short drive to downtown Asheville.  We liked it because it was so quiet and right outside the city and we really enjoyed feeling like we were truly getting away.  We also loved that Rick & Tom allowed us to have both Gizmo & Winston stay with us.  We did bring their kennels for the cabin, but they had the cabin ready for us with dog towels.  Here are some images I took of the property and the Inn during our stay.

Here's the cabin we stayed in.  There are 6 cabins available on the property, and 4 are pet friendly.  There is one that sleeps 6 and then there is a luxury cabin, which I am incredibly interested in for our next stay.

And, this beautiful Victorian home is the Inn.  It has been wonderfully restored on the inside and Rick & Tom make you feel right at home.

And the views from the property are absolutely breathtaking.

I hope that if you visit Asheville, you'll stay at the Engadine Inn!  Tom & Rick truly roll out the red carpet and make you feel welcome.  We also enlisted their advise for trails to hike and for restaurants, and they provided us great recommendations.  I wrote a post about what to do in Asheville in 48 hours.

A special thank you to Rick & Tom at The Engadine Inn and Susan from Asheville BBA for such a wonderful stay.  And thank you, Champagne & Suburbs readers, for supporting the businesses that make this blog possible.
